Our steaks came out slightly undercooked, but our server (whose name I didn’t catch) and the management team were so quick to apologize, throw them back on, and went above and beyond by bringing us more sides. “ My first time here, last week, I had the New York Strip and the loaded 1 lb. baked potato. Last night at dinner I ordered the Fillet and Blackened Shrimp, and a side of Mexican Street Corn off the cob (Elote). The appetizer's that we got were the Calamari, Baked Rangoon and the Dynamite Roll. Along with the Lexington Salad. All of which were wonderful and our waitress was very helpful. For Dessert we ordered the Donut Bread Pudding and the Bourbon Creme Brule - I preferred the Creme Brule over the bread pudding. ”
“ I visited Malones for the first time. A friend took me there for my birthday. From the moment that we stepped in until we left, it was a delightful evening. The staff was friendly and our waiter was on top of things. The artichoke and spinach dip was outstanding. The tenderloin fillet and the New York Manhattan probably was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The flavor was superb and it was grilled exactly the temperature I requested. Considering the top quality of this restaurant, I think the prices were in line with other similar establishments and this is definitely worth a return visit. Huge bourbon bar! ”

“ Malone’s!! What on earth have you done to me! Firstly, thank you to Sampson for being the most professional and amazing server I have ever experienced! I have heard people speak about Malones for a very long time and just never had the time to visit. Firstly parking was easy and simple. And the entrance is inviting! But can we talk about the Bourbon wall as soon as you walk in the door! I literally have never seen a selection that large and diverse. I wanted them all! Now let’s talk about the Lexington Salad...ummm I literally have never eating that much salad in my life! And what is that herb butter?!!? My goodness, that should be sold somewhere in a grocery store. Ok now the steak, arguably the best steak I have had in a very long time. Perfect temp, perfectly seasoned. The potato croquettes were a pleasant surprise. Ok so we are full now right...nope we aren’t. The 20 layer Chocolate Cake ..it’s literally a quarter of a 7 or 8 layer cake. It was soooo good. Malones thank you, you did not disappoint! And Sampson thank you, you deserve a raise my friend! ”

Our server Jacob was so fun and entertaining and went the extra mile to make sure we were all accommodated. The atmosphere was beautiful and very authentic to Kentucky.
